Hobson's Choice was formed on May 8th, 2005. in our hometown Tuzla, Bosna&Hercegovina. The plan was to animate local hardcore scene,which was barely alive,and to unite local hardcore kids. At the beginning,the band went through several line up changes. Over the years we found our characteristic sound supported by heavy beats and riffs, and fast old-school parts, which were true base for our future work. Our lyrics talk about rough lifestyle of everyday life in Bosnia, straight edge as positive way of life, social injustice. The band was mostly influenced by UKHC and Balkan scene. In year 2007 we recorded our first material "Dysfunctional Family EP" DIY. During the years we played with bands like Kontra, Despotic Bullet, Fullsize, Unrise, Nothing Left, Neverlost, MTS, Backstab, True To The Cause, Discord, This is how we feel etc.
