Sjoerd Dijkstra, Mick Heal, Sander Meulemans and Folkert Lodewijks founded the Spendex Devils back in 2005. They began rockin' some tunes together while drinking a few beers and having a good time. Influenced by The Sonics, MC 5, The Stooges and a lot of other bands and musicians, they began to play raw garage rock. The years that followed turned the band into some kind of organism with a real heart and soul. In 2007 when the band finally had created their own sound, Mr. Maz Morsink discovered them during a live show and he signed them to his label Maz Recordz. Now in 2008, the devils recorded their first EP on Maz Recordz. The Spendex Devils are the preachers of the new century and they're bringing back the real heart and soul of swampy garage rock n' roll. With two lead singers, two astonishing guitarists, a groove driving bass player and the wildest drumming motherfucker on the planet, they are now ready to become the new legend of rock 'n' roll!
