The first line up of "Acaid" was formed in summer of 2003 in Rijeka, Croatia. It disbanded a year later due to creative differences between the members. That year, Musan (guitar) and Shorty (drums) joined the band. In 2006, cooperation with Vedran Jaksic (vocal) breaks up and he has been replaced by Ana Bogadek since then. The final line up is Robert Ilisinovic - bass, Mihael Ilisinovic - guitars, Marko Musan - guitars, Ivo Jakovljevic – Shorty - drums and Ana Bogadek - vocals. The sound of "Acaid" has been influenced by various genres and artists and it's not simple to classify it in a general sense. It is a mixture of diverse elements, containing old rock, funk, blues and metal among the others. All music and songs are their own copyright. So far, "Acaid" recorded four demos; the first, 'Unnamed' was recorded in 2003 with the first line up. The second one, 'Ostecen', also with the first line up, was recorded the year after. In 2005, they record 'Ignoring Domination' with the second line up, and soon after that the new singer comes in. With the new vocal, the sound of the band was slightly changed; the songs became more complex with somewhat softer sound. New material, named 'Mind Intruder' was recorded in above mentioned manner in 'StudijoZaSirotinju', the same studio where they recorded their first demo four years earlier. It contains six songs which were all recorded and mixed by Boris "Boro" Rakamaric (PHC). "Acaid" had numerous gigs in Rijeka but in other towns also. They played at UFO festival in Osijek, Park Rock in Delnice, MKNZ club in Ilirska Bistrica, Slovenia, Orlando club in Dubrovnik, Viva La Pola festival in Pula, just to mention a few and generally were well accepted. Their goal is to continue with the gigs and to present their work and music to the audience that didn't have a chance to hear them and see them live yet.
