EXIT MUSIC CONTEST 2008 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in being involved with the 2008 EXIT Festival.

These are important things you need to know:

1.	Contest is open for all performers, signed or unsigned with a label.
2.	Only one entry is to be made per act. You may enter by submitting your performance of one to three audio track ( "Entry Content" ) together with a completed registration form available via http://music.myexit.org  ( the "Website" ). You may also upload one video ( "Video Content" ). Registration forms and Content must be submitted by 10th May 2008. By entering, you will be deemed to accept these participation rules. 
3.	The Organiser may disqualify you if any information you provide is false or misleading or omits information that should be disclosed or if your Entry Content is not original, not created solely by you, is not genuine or has been fabricated in any way, or if you otherwise fail to abide by these rules. You must have permission to submit your Entry Content, you must have no convictions and you agree to waive any moral rights in your Entry Content for the purposes of EXIT Music contest 2008. 
4.	In consideration of the Organiser permitting you to upload the Entry Content and/ or other Content on the Website and enter the contest, you grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable right and licence to: 
-	 use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, perform, play and exercise all copyright and publicity rights for itself 
-	 incorporate the Content or parts thereof in other works for exploitation in any and all media for the full term of any rights therein including but not limited to on the Website 
5.	You represent, warrant and agree that no Content ( or part thereof ) submitted by you will: 
-	be abusive or offensive; 
-	infringe the copyright, moral right, performing rights, rights of privacy, trade mark or other proprietary right of any third party; 
-	constitute a misuse of any confidential information of a third party; 
-	contain software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to affect the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; 
6.	You hereby indemnify the Organiser against any claims arising out of or in connection with any Entry Content. The Organiser retains the right at its sole discretion to remove any Content from the Website which it suspects may be in breach of any of the above provisions. 
7.	The Organiser is obliged to pay a fixed fee to the chosen performers on which they will be informed upon the contest conclusion. The Organiser is not obliged to make any further payments regarding performance or other expenses.
8.	The Organiser will not be able to enter into any correspondence with contest entrants.
9.	By entering the contest you agree to:
-	any material submitted and any consequent live performance at EXIT Festival 2008 being broadcast on the radio/ television without further consultation, as well as being posted on the EXIT Festival web pages;
-	be available to perform at the competition finals as detailed in Part 8.
10.	Having listened to at least one entire track from every entry, a team of judges will compile a list of participants at EXIT Festival 2008.
11.	All contest entrants will be informed whether they made their way into the final selection or not by June 1st 2008 at the latest. EXIT Festival will be held at the Petrovaradin fortress in Novi Sad from July 10th to July 13th 2008.
12.	All invited acts:
-	will be informed about the exact date of their performance;
-	will receive an estimated fee. Payment is fixed, with no regards to number of persons performing;
-	must work closely with the Stage Manager, meeting all necessary Health and Safety requirements, and must provide safe working equipment;
-	must not exceed the time slot given by the Stage Manager

All performers at EXIT Festival 2008 need to be aware that all shows will be recorded in both audio and audio visual formats, and finalists must agree that the Organiser can use the recordings in all media including, but not limited to television, radio and the internet without further reference to or payment to them (subject to payment of performance royalties by SOKOJ to songwriters ).
13.	All performers who will play at EXIT Festival will be sent a technical rider provided by the Organiser. All additional technical equipment will be provided by the performers.
14.	The Organiser provides passes which enable the performers to attend the whole Festival on the day of the performance. The Organiser will not provide accommodation for the performers.

The Festival organisers will make every effort to ensure that the successful entrants perform at EXIT Festival 2008. However, the Festival organiser may, in certain circumstances, have to cancel the performance without consulting the performer.

Od svih opcija za podešavanje video snimka važno je jedino da označite public broadcast opciju.
Kopirajte kod (embed HTML) sa youtube-a u polje "Spotovi - Music videos".

Ako na svoju stranicu želite da postavite video koji već postoji na sajtu youtube, dovoljno je samo da kopirate kod videa (embed HTML) u polje "Spotovi - Music videos".

Ako želite da postavite više snimaka na svoju stranicu, dovoljno je da kod (embed HTML) novog snimka iskopirate u produžetku prethodnog.

If you do not have a user account on Youtube where you can upload your music videos, open one, follow the instructions for uploading videos and upload them onto Youtube.
Of all the settings options for the video, make sure you check the "Public Broadcast" option. Copy the code (embedded HTML) from Youtube into the field marked "Spotovi-Music Videos".

If you would like to display a video on your page that has already been uploaded onto Youtube, simply copy the video code (embedded HTML) into the field marked "Spotovi-Music Videos".

If you would like to display more videos on your page, simply copy the code (embedded HTML) of the new video right after the previous one.
