EXIT MUSIC KONKURS 2010 USLOVI I ODREDBE
Thank you for your interest in being involved with the 2010 EXIT Festival.
Zahvaljujemo se na interesu koji ste pokazali za učešće na EXIT festivalu 2010.
These are important things you need to know:
Neophodno je da se upoznate sa nekoliko važnih stvari:
- Contest is open for all performers, signed or unsigned with a label.
Konkurs je otvoren za sve izvođače, bez obzira da li imaju izdavača ili ne.
- It is possible to send only one application per performer. Opening multiple accounts (personal pages) on the portal does not increase your chances in the competition. When opening your account, it is necessasry to upload at least one audio recording ('application content') with other obligatory places in the form posted below this text. You can also upload video recordings ('video content'). The process of obligatory content registration and upload has to be finished by 15th March 2010 at the latest. It will be considered that, by sending your application, you accapted terms and condition of participating in the competition.
Moguće je poslati samo jednu prijavu po izvođaču. Otvaranje većeg broja naloga (ličnih stranica) na portalu ne uvećava šanse na konkursu. Prilikom prijave/otvaranja naloga neophodno je da aploudujete najmanje jedan audio snimak ("Sadržaj prijave") uz ostala obavezna polja u formularu koji se nalazi ispod ovog teksta. Takođe, možete upload-ovati i video snimke ("Video sadržaj"). Proces registracije i aplouda obaveznog Sadržaja mora biti završen najkasnije do 15. maja 2010. Smatraće se da ste slanjem prijave prihvatili uslove za učešće na konkursku.
- The Organiser may disqualify you if any information you provide is false or misleading or omits information that should be disclosed or if your Entry Content is not original, not created solely by you, is not genuine or has been fabricated in any way, or if you otherwise fail to abide by these rules. You must have permission to submit your Entry Content, you must have no convictions and you agree to waive any moral rights in your Entry Content for the purposes of EXIT Music contest 2010.
Organizator ima pravo da diskvalifikuje izvođača ukoliko je bilo koja od dostavljenih informacije netačna, dovodi u zabludu ili ako neka od traženih informacija nedostaje i ukoliko Sardžaj prijave nije originalan, nije u potpunosti delo izvođača, ako nije autentičan ili ako na bilo koji način nije u skladu sa uslovima konkursa. Izvođač mora imati pravo da podnese Sadržaj prijave na konkurs. Izvođač koji se javlja na konkurs ne sme biti pod istragom i odriče se svih moralnih prava u okviru Sadržaja prijave u korist EXIT Music konkursa 2010.
- In consideration of the Organiser permitting you to upload the Entry Content and/ or other Content on the Website and enter the contest, you grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable right and licence to:
- use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, perform, play and exercise all copyright and publicity rights for itself
- incorporate the Content or parts thereof in other works for exploitation in any and all media for the full term of any rights therein including but not limited to on the Website
Što se tiče dozvole od strane organizatora da uploadujete Sadržaj prijave i ostali sardžaj na Internet portal, i na taj način se prijavite na konkurs, slažete se da na Sadržaj prijave dajete organizatoru ne-ekskluzivna prava i dozvolu da bez bilo kakve nadoknade ili slične obaveze:
- koristi, reprodukuje, priređuje, obajvljuje, distribuira, izvodi, reprodukuje i da uživa u svim autorskim pravima i pravima na publicitet.
- da koristi Sadržaj prijave ili delove iste u ostalim vidovima eksploatacije u svim medijima sa svim pripadajućim pravima bez ograničenja samo na Internet portal.
- You represent, warrant and agree that no Content ( or part thereof ) submitted by you will:
- be abusive or offensive;
- infringe the copyright, moral right, performing rights, rights of privacy, trade mark or other proprietary right of any third party;
- constitute a misuse of any confidential information of a third party;
- contain software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to affect the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
Vi predstavljate garant i slažete se da nijedan Sadržaj prijave ili bilo koji deo iste:
- nije uvredljiv ili napadan;
- da ne krši autorska, moralna i prava na izvođenje. Da ne krši pravo na privatnost, trgovinske marke ili bilo koje pravo vlasništva treće strane;
- da ne sardži i ne otkriva poverljive informacije treće strane;
- da ne sadrži softverske viruse ili bilo kakav kompjuterski kod, datoteku ili program osmišljen da utiče na funkcionlanost bilo kojeg kompjuterskog softvera ili hardvera ili telekomunikacione opreme.
- You hereby indemnify the Organiser against any claims arising out of or in connection with any Entry Content. The Organiser retains the right at its sole discretion to remove any Content from the Website which it suspects may be in breach of any of the above provisions.
Ovim dokumentom oslobađate Organizatora odgovornosti od bilo kakvih potraživanja za obeštećenjem ili bilo kakvih tužbi koje proističu iz ili su u vezi sa Sardžajem prijave. Organizator zadržava pravo da u potpunoj diskreciji ukloni bilo koji Sadržaj sa Internet portala za koji smatra da može prekršiti bilo koju od gore navedenih odredbi.
- The Organiser is obliged to pay a fixed fee to the chosen performers on which they will be informed upon the contest conclusion. The Organiser is not obliged to make any further payments regarding performance or other expenses.
Organizator je obavezan da isplati fiksnu nadoknadu izabranim izvođačima o kojoj će biti obavešteni po završetku konkursa. Organizator nije obavezan da vrši bilo kakve druge uplate u vezi sa izvođenjem ili za druge troškove.
- The Organiser will not be able to enter into any correspondence with contest entrants.
Organizator neće ulaziti u bilo kakvu prepisku sa podnosiocima zahteva za konkurs.
- By entering the contest you agree to:
- any material submitted and any consequent live performance at EXIT Festival 2010 being broadcast on the radio/ television without further consultation, as well as being posted on the EXIT Festival web pages;
- be available to perform at the competition finals as detailed in Part 12.
Prijavom na konkurs slažete se:
- da će kompletan materijal i izvođenje dostavljenog matreijala na EXIT Festivalu 2010 biti emitovan na radio/ televizijskom programu bez prethodnih konsultacija, kao i da može biti postavljen na Internet stranicama EXIT festivala.
- da će po završetku konkursa biti dostupan za izvođenje materijala kao što je opisano u Odeljku 12.
- Having listened to at least one entire track from every entry, a team of judges will compile a list of participants at EXIT Festival 2010.
Nakon preskušavanja najmanje jednog od dostavljenih snimaka iz Sadržaja prijave, tim sudija će formirati listu učesnika na EXIT Festivalu 2010.
- All contest entrants will be informed whether they made their way into the final selection or not by June 1st 2010 at the latest. EXIT Festival will be held at the Petrovaradin fortress in Novi Sad from July 08th to July 11th 2010.
Svi podnosioci zahteva za konkurs biće obavešteni da li su uspeli da uđu u konačnu selekciju ili ne najkasnije do 1. juna 2010. EXIT Festival će biti održan na Petrovaradinskoj tvrđavi u Novom Sadu od 08. do 11. jula. 2010.
- All invited acts:
- will be informed about the exact date of their performance;
- will receive an estimated fee. Payment is fixed, with no regards to number of persons performing;
- must work closely with the Stage Manager, meeting all necessary Health and Safety requirements, and must provide safe working equipment;
- must not exceed the time slot given by the Stage Manager
Svi pozvani izvođači:
- biće obavešteni o tačnom datumu njihovog nastupa;
- dobiće procenjenu nadoknadu. Isplata je fiksna, bez obzira na broj učesnika prilikom izvođenja;
- moraju blisko sarađivati sa Menadžerom Bine, u skladu sa svim zdravstvenim i bezbednosnim zahtevima, i mora obezbediti bezbednu opremu za rad;
- ne smeju prekoračiti vremenski okvir dat od strane Menadžera Bine.
All performers at EXIT Festival 2010 need to be aware that all shows will be recorded in both audio and audio visual formats, and finalists must agree that the Organiser can use the recordings in all media including, but not limited to television, radio and the internet without further reference to or payment to them (subject to payment of performance royalties by SOKOJ to songwriters ).
Svi izvođači na EXIT Festivalu 2010 moraju primiti k znanju da će sva izvođenja biti snimana u audio ili vizuelnom formatu, finalisti moraju dati pristanak da Organizator može da koristi snimke u svim oblicima, uključujući ali bez ograničenja na televiziju, radio i Internet bez daljih referenci ili plaćanja ka njima ( koja podležu plaćanju tantijema od strane SOKOJ-a autorima pesama ).
- All performers who will play at EXIT Festival will be sent a technical rider provided by the Organiser. All additional technical equipment will be provided by the performers.
Svim izvođačima koji će nastupati na EXIT Festivalu biće poslat tehnički rajder od strane Organizatora. Dodatnu tehničku opremu obezbeđuju izvođači.
- The Organiser provides passes which enable the performers to attend the whole Festival on the day of the performance. The Organiser will not provide accommodation for the performers.
Organizator će obezbediti propusnice koje će izvođačima omogućiti da prisustvuju kompletnom festivalu na dan nastupanja. Organizator ne obezbeđuje smeštaj izvođača.
The Festival organisers will make every effort to ensure that the successful entrants perform at EXIT Festival 2010. However, the Festival organiser may, in certain circumstances, have to cancel the performance without consulting the performer.
Organizatori festivala će učiniti sve da obezbede da izabrani učesnici konkursa nastupe na EXIT Festivalu 2010. Ipak, organizatori mogu u određenim okolnostima biti prinuđeni da otkažu nastup bez konsultacija sa izvođačem.
